About Kelly

Kelly started selling real estate in 1990, including co-owning the two RE/MAX Central brokerages and achieving both Master’s Club and 100% Club designations.
 

Selling real estate and running the brokerage was fun and fulfilling. In 1995 she was intrigued with the Internet and its possibilities and she founded Realty Plus Online. Kelly spent an exciting 12 years creating web-based real estate software and marketing it nationwide. The first six years were spent as a start-up with all of the energy and sleepless nights you would expect as we growing from 2 people to 70+. The next several years took her to First American Corp after the acquisition. There she was fortunate enough to spread her wings and get a Fortune 500 experience.  
 

In 2016, while consulting  for a Sacramento skin care studio,  the owner became ill and the options were to close the shop or help her run the studio. Kelly opened Organic Skin Studio in April, 2017 and launched the O Skin Studio natural and organic skin care line. She grew the boutique business into a day spa and expanded the products and services while earning a 5 star rating on Yelp. Robinson sold the business 2023 and then returned to real estate and the MLS prop tech industry.

Throughout Kelly's career she stayed involved in property management, vacation rentals, buying, selling and the technology that pulls it all together.
